A duck gets a crazy idea to ride a bike one day, and every animal on the farm has a reaction.

Comments:

David Shannon’s illustrations are absolutely remarkable. The character qualities of each animal are depicted in each picture with such attention and exquisite detail. For example, the horse is very cocky, so his facial expression screams arrogance. I also liked the fact that the animals rode bikes that reflected their character. Through his artwork, Shannon visually allows the reader to associate personally with each and every animal. Duck on a Bike is a hilariously written story that will interest children and adults alike.
